From the West heading towards the big city- Accra, they definitely pass through a market; that market being the noble and ancient old Kaneshie. I personally have fond memories associated with Kaneshie from my high school days at Adisadel College.

When Witches Fall Apart

Who is a witch? A witch is said to be the female version of a wizard. Depending on the continent you come from this 5 letter-word(witch) when picked up by the auxiliary neurones relays distinct feelings from different angles of life. One part of the universe, when a beautiful lady is lucky enough to be caught up with old age and denied the syringe of death ,she is wonderfully branded as a witch. Wise men who talk wise words are wizards, the opposite is true. In other part of mother earth, witches are upheld in high esteem. They are the ones who create and recreate. They make mind-blowing creations like airplanes, submarines, rockets and more. (To be continued)

School: Was It Worth The Going?

Here in Ghana, a baby who fortunately grows a single milk tooth is not delayed.  He/she is quickly enrolled into Creche. From there  he rises through Kindergarten,Primary and soon an adolescent, finds himself in High School. Adolescents at this stage are mostly ignorant of the fact that their future is founded on the choices they make from henceforth. Truth be told, lots of events occur at High School.

The Joy when one gets what one wishes Bitter Sweet National Service Experiences I wasn't amazed when GhanaWeb reported that newly posted national  service personnel had to throng Ghana Airports for endorsement . In fact, this is no news at all; it has become an annual ritual. Do you know the amount of time, sweat, funds I had to invest in other to get a befitting institution to serve? Experience indeed is a good teacher. I can't imagine eleven months had just elapsed into seven days of quality experience. Don't get me wrong; in case you are thinking I had a paradisical service as those Airport space fighters in the news are wishing for then you better find a well-cushioned sofa to sit and read on. In mother Ghana, every graduate from the tertiary caucus is mandated to undergo at least one year service to the nation.
